Products Description
Alloy steel 18CrNiMo7-6 is a steel grade added with chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and coal, with range characteristics suitable for all carburized steel grades. 1.6587 material is different from other simple steel grades and can be used for larger sizes and loads. This grade of steel is used for heavy-duty parts and components that withstand high pressure and highly variable operating speeds. Materials and derivatives are used for the production of special bearings, bolts, gears, shafts or racks and pinions. They are based on relevant steel grades according to UNI standards, with slightly reduced chromium, nickel, and molybdenum content. It is an alloy surface hardening steel suitable for heavy-duty and high strain gear parts, with high requirements for toughness with a core tensile strength of 1050-1350 N/mm2.

18CrNiMo7-6 Alloy structural steel has high yield strength, tensile strength, and fatigue strength, as well as sufficient plasticity and toughness. Generally, electric arc furnaces and oxygen top blown converters are used for smelting, while those with high requirements use external refining, electroslag remelting or vacuum treatment, vacuum induction furnace smelting or dual vacuum smelting.
